Functional Overview:

• Account Management: The application provides a comprehensive view of all your lines, enabling users to monitor and control their accounts independently.
• Consumption Tracking: Users can review detailed consumption statistics across mobile, ADSL, and fiber services within a single platform. Daily updates include call logs, SMS/MMS, internet usage, and communication reports.
• Information Access: The app allows viewing details related to your plan and options, including the latest invoice summaries and detailed billing information. An online history of the last 12 invoices is accessible at any time. Personal data such as identity, contact details, email, address, and banking information can be viewed and updated as needed.

Emergency Features:

• Available 24/7 for suspending lines in cases of loss or theft.
• Activation of new SIM cards.
• Provision of PUK codes to unlock SIM cards following three incorrect PIN attempts.

Round-the-Clock Assistance:

• Access personalized support at any time for urgent inquiries or issues.
• Guidance on optimizing mobile utilization, managing your plan, or troubleshooting internet connectivity problems. This includes troubleshooting internet and telephony services, as well as helping with account credentials for internet and TV services.

• Eligibility: All Coriolis customers with mobile plans, ADSL, or fiber broadband are eligible to access the app’s full features. Functions such as consumption credit tracking and account recharging are available to users with blocked mobile plans or prepaid cards.
